At Lily & Fox, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our beauty support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused nail sets in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange sets within 3-5 business days.
